Typical availability is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If a matter is time-sensitive, we will do our best to accommodate your requested timeline based on availability.
What form of payment do you accept
Currently, we accept bank transfers and checks.
Do you provide direct patient care?
Although we are licensed healthcare professionals, these services do not create a treating provider-patient relationship.
- When performing life care plans, the life care planner does not enter a medical provider-patient relationship.
- When performing a functional capacity evaluation, the evaluator does not enter a medical provider-patient relationship.
